2025 Transportation Form

Please fill out the transportation coordination form after you have made your flight arrangements to Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The form must be submitted by May 1, 2025.

If you are traveling with a group, please use one form for those on the same flight and submit separate forms for those traveling separately.

If you are traveling to camp on our camp vans, arrive at SEA on the first Saturday of your week(s) at camp between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. If not using camp vans, arrive at camp after 2 p.m. and plan for dinner at 6 p.m.

Transportation to SEA will not be available on departure Saturdays for flights leaving before 10 a.m. Please plan accordingly. 

If you change your flight plans, please let us know immediately.

Transportation to Camp

Departure Information

On your Saturday departure day you should book a flight departing after 10 a.m. If you need to book an early morning flight, you should book it for Sunday morning and plan to spend Saturday night in the Seattle area. Transportation to SEA will not be available on departure Saturdays for flights leaving before 10 a.m.
Write in alternative plans if applicable such as "Meeting my sister at the rental car at 10 am."

Volunteer Drivers

We encourage all campers to volunteer to be approved as designated van drivers. Only pre-approved drivers are permitted to operate Camp vans. In order to apply to be an approved driver, please complete the Camper Information form form separately. This was originally due March 31st but you can add yourselves as a driver if they didn't already do so.
