Application and Camper Info Form

This application CANNOT be submitted online. Please either:

  • TYPE your info into the form,  PRINT and MAIL in to the registrar

  • PRINT the form, fill out by hand (legibly) and MAIL in to the registrar

Applications will be accepted on or after January 2, 2017. Registration is first come first served. In the case of oversubscription to a specific week you will be notified.

Please do NOT send applications by any means that require a confirmatory signature, such as registered-return receipt mail this will actually delay receipt of your form. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL AUGUST CAMPERS AND APPLICANTS: Our registrar, Trish Niece, will be unavailable to answer mail, phone or emails April 23 through May 1. Please do not expect any acknowledgement about your application during that time period and do not phone the registrar as no one at that number will be able to give you an update. Rest assured that applications received will be processed in the order of postmark as soon as Trish is able. Note also that there is limited availability in week 2 and about ten places in week 1 as of 4/1/17. Weeks 3 and 4 are full or nearly so, but cancellations resulting in openings may occur.
