TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is encouraged to
cover unforeseen emergency cancellations.
No one likes to think that an emergency will force the cancellation of a
long anticipated vacation. Emergencies,
unfortunately, do happen. You have been
given above the cancellation policy and refund information for August
Camp. There will be no exceptions to this policy. In order to protect yourself, if you so
choose, the following information is provided by the AMC:

offer travel insurance, most require purchasing within 7-14 days of signing up
for a trip in order to waive pre-existing medical conditions.
